Watermelon makes a great snack during the summer. It helps keep your body hydrated.
Ingredients
½ tsp honey syrup
A few mint leaves
1 tbsp vanilla yogurt (optional if you don’t like honey)
1 small watermelon or cantaloupe (preferably seedless)
Small bag of coconut flakes (optional)

How to
1With the melon baller; press down, turn the baller around like you are forming a ball then gently scoop out a melon ball.
2Drizzle with honey syrup or a dollop of vanilla yogurt.
3Roll or sprinkle toasted coconut flakes.
4Eat with a mint leaf
How to make toasted coconut flakes: use a non-stick frying pan spread one bag of coconut flakes and toast until they turn light to dark brown. (no oil needed)
