Ingredients
One pint fresh strawberries, hulled
One cup of Greek Yogurt (whole milk)
Half tablespoon of vanilla extract
Half tablespoon of honey
One tablespoon confectioners' sugar
One tablespoon mini chocolate chips
One or two pastry bags with a star tip (depending on how many kids are helping)
One small sifter for the confectioner's sugar (powdered sugar)
How to
1Add vanilla and honey to Greek yogurt, whisk until all is mixed; set aside.
2Cut the hulled-side strawberries so that they can stand up on a plate
3Slice the tip of each strawberry to make the 'hat'; set aside.
4Spoon a generous dollop of Greek yogurt into a pastry bag, Pipe a 3/4-inch-high swirl of frosting on each strawberry. Place the hats on top and pipe a small ball of yogurt on top of them. Press two mini chocolate chips, pointed-sides inward.
5Sift confectioner's sugar over the Strawberry Santas to make snow.
