Coqui the Chef’s Food Tip
Piña colada has been the official beverage of Puerto Rico since 1963. This recipe has a different twist with little more natural and nutritious ingredients.

Ingredients
 1 cup fresh pineapple
 juice of 1 large lime
 ½ cup One whole banana
 ½ cup coconut water
 ½ coconut milk or Greek coconut yogurt
 2 of ice cubes
 cherry, pineapple wedge, toasted coconut flakes for garnish (optional)
 cocktail umbrella picks (optional)
How to

Combine all ingredients in the blender.

Blend until a smooth creamy consistency is achieved.

Pour into a glass and garnish

For toasted coconut flakes: use a non-stick frying pan spread half a bag or less of coconut flakes and stir until they turn medium-dark brown. (no oil needed)
