Returns and Exchanges

You can return or exchange an item purchased from coquithechef.com within 10 calendar days after the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your purchase must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange

Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return or exchange. After we have completed our inspection, we will notify you of the status of your exchange request. If your return or exchange is approved, we will send you the item that you have requested in your exchange. If we determine in our sole discretion that the item has been used or damaged in any way, you may be charged for the exchanged item.  If you request an exchange for an item that is of greater value than the item you’ve sent to us (including our determination of the value for any items that have been used or damaged), we will notify you of the difference between the exchanged item and the item that you’ve requested, and charge your credit card for the difference owed to us.

Class Credits

If you miss a class or event, please email coquithechef[at]gmail.com, and we will use our best efforts to reserve a spot for you in the next class. If there are no additional similar classes, we may be able to offer you a one-on-one class, subject to an additional fee.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for the postage and shipping costs for returning your item and for any exchanges (including the shipping costs for sending you the new item you’ve requested in connection with an exchange). Postage and shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellation

Cancellation must be made within 24 hours after you hit the payment button. Please email customer service right away at coquithechef[at]gmail.com.

Items Not Eligible

Items on sale are not entitled to returns, or exchanges.
