Watermelon makes a great snack during the summer. It helps keep your body hydrated.
With the melon baller; press down, turn the baller around like you are forming a ball then gently scoop out a melon ball.
Drizzle with honey syrup or a dollop of vanilla yogurt.
Roll or sprinkle toasted coconut flakes.
Eat with a mint leaf
How to make toasted coconut flakes: use a non-stick frying pan spread one bag of coconut flakes and toast until they turn light to dark brown. (no oil needed)
