Red and yellow peppers make a delicious snack alone. Try it!
Dice all the apples, red onion, peppers, chopped cilantro, add raisins, and mix in a medium bowl.
Squeeze lime, grapefruit, orange juice, then add the olive oil.
Finally, add the walnuts then mix the ingredients well.
Add sea salt and black pepper to taste.
